A solar-powered outdoor public rescue positioning device. Same is provided with a rectangular housing (1) made of plastic. The plastic rectangular housing (1) is provided on the top thereof with an emergency tempered glass opening (2). The plastic rectangular housing (1) is provided in the south-facing direction thereof with a miniature solar cell (3). The plastic rectangular housing (1) is provided therein with a mirror (4), an emergency light (5), a hardtack (6), and water (7). The plastic rectangular housing (1) is fixed at the bottom thereof to a plastic tray (8). The emergency tempered glass opening (2) has attached thereto a glass breaking hammer. The miniature solar cell on the south-facing side of the plastic rectangular housing (1) is made from a waterproof super plastic rubber, and is provided with a connection into the housing to charge the emergency light (5). The plastic tray (8) has printed thereon a coordinate identification number and a user guide.
