Provided is a hydraulic control circuit. The hydraulic control circuit comprises a directional control valve (10) having a bypass throttle loop and an actuator element (20) connected to the directional control valve. The hydraulic control circuit further comprises a valve (30). The valve is connected in series in the bypass throttle loop, so that when the actuator element starts, the flow of hydraulic oil flowing through the bypass throttle loop is made equal to the system flow supplied to the directional control valve. When the actuator element starts, the valve controls the hydraulic oil in the bypass throttle loop, so that the flow of hydraulic oil flowing through the bypass throttle loop is made equal to the system flow supplied to the directional control valve. That is to say, substantially all of the system flow supplied to the directional control valve flows to an oil tank through the bypass throttle loop, so that no hydraulic oil flows to the actuator element. Therefore, when the actuator element starts, the flow of the hydraulic oil entering the actuator element is zero at the beginning, so as to ensure the smoothness of the start.
