A hair treatment composition comprising: a) from 0.6 to 10 wt% of an aluminium salt, titanium salt and mixtures thereof and b) an emulsion comprising: i) hydrophobically modified particles selected from the group consisting of silica, metal oxide and mixtures thereof; ii) amino functionalised silicone; and iii) water.
