摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of agricultural makkoli(unrefined rice wine) is provided to control the mature degree and sugar content of fruits by forming fermentation liquid using makkoli, Ecklonia cava, bone meal, a fish extract, a rape seed cake extract, pyroligneous liquor, sulfur, and a citric acid extract. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of agricultural makkoli comprises: a step of mixing 80 parts by weight of water, 250 parts by weight of makkoli, 50 parts by weight of Ecklonia cava, 50 parts by weight of bone meal, 4 parts by weight of fish extract, 50 parts by weight of rape seed cake extract, 4 parts by weight of pyroligneous liquor, 2 parts by weight of sulfur, and 2 parts by weight of citric acid extract to obtain a first mixture; a step of obtaining a second mixture by adding 4 parts by weight of phosphorous aqueous solution and 4 parts by weight of silicic acid, into the first mixture; and a step of forming fermentation liquid with the alcohol degree of 4% and the pH 4, by fermenting 500 parts by weight of mixture at 35-40 deg. C for 72-96 hours.
