The device has two rigid metal bars (5, 6) fixed at two ends of a cover (1) that is made of transparent or translucent flexible material, and rolled up as a canvas. The cover is arranged on a ledge of a swimming pool. The cover is tended to top of water in a basin with an open space between a water surface and the cover for creating a greenhouse effect assembly and tended preferably between 15 and 30 cm to the top of the water in the basin. Tension of the cover is fixed on the ledge of the swimming pool by two pitons (8, 9).
