The present invention provides: a gas barrier film which has a cured resin layer and a gas barrier layer that is provided on at least one surface of the cured resin layer, said gas barrier film being characterized in that the cured resin layer is formed of a cured product of a curable resin composition that contains a thermoplastic resin (A) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 140°C or more and a curable monomer (B), and that the water vapor transmission rate of the gas barrier film is 1 g/m2/day or less in the atmosphere at 40°C at a relative humidity of 90%; a method for producing the gas barrier film; a gas barrier film laminate which is obtained by laminating two or more of the gas barrier films; a member for electronic devices, which is formed of the gas barrier film or the gas barrier film laminate; and an electronic device which is provided with the member for electronic devices. Since the gas barrier film and the gas barrier film laminate of the present invention exhibit excellent heat resistance, solvent resistance, interlayer adhesion and gas barrier properties, while having low birefringence and excellent optical isotropy, the gas barrier film and the gas barrier film laminate are suitable for use as a member for electronic devices.
