Provided is an attachment structure capable of ensuring the support rigidity of an assist grip against tensile force, and the impact-absorbing function of the assist grip against pressing force. A weak part (34) and a high-rigidity part (36) are provided to a grip attachment bracket (14) to which an assist grip (10) is attached. When pressing force (Fpr) is applied, a flange part (50) on a clip (40) fixedly provided to the assist grip (10) presses on and deforms the weak part (34) so that the impact of the pressing force (Fpr) is absorbed by deformation of the weak part (34). When tensile force (Fex) is applied, a locking claw (48) provided to the clip (40) engages the high-rigidity part (36) so that the assist grip (10) is supported with high rigidity by the high-rigidity part (36). |
