The slide has a guide (4a), a support (40a) and a recall unit (23a) that is arranged interdependent of the support and an oscillating support (14a). A slip unit of the guide comprises two shaped elements that are able to slide along length of the guide when the oscillating support engages a junction unit. The shaped elements are allowed to grip the guide and another recall unit (24a) when the oscillating support does not engage the junction unit. An independent claim is also included for a seat.
