External reducer parts of first and second drives are connected with first half of end of additional case of intermediate clamp turn, opposite stator parts of drives being hingedly connected with second half of additional case of intermediate turn. End part of case of device of reciprocal displacement and turn of clamp is fixed on case of first drive stator with possibility of joint turn, with end part of introduced device of axial longitudinal displacement and axial turn being fixed on case of second drive stator.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to extend functional possibilities of device of gripping of surgical instruments and diagnostic devices in diagnostic-surgical systems of operation table with possibility of information-computer control.3 dwg
