DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD, MOBILITY MANAGEMENT ENTITY AND MOBILE TERMINAL

Disclosed are a data transmission method, a mobility management entity and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: a mobility management entity receiving a small data transmission parameter sent by a home subscriber server (HSS) or a user terminal, the small data transmission parameter comprising an indication about whether the user terminal supports small data transmission; the mobility management entity determining a small data transmission policy according to the small data transmission parameter; the mobility management entity sending the determined small data transmission policy to the user terminal; and the mobility management entity performing small data transmission with the user terminal according to the small data transmission policy. In the present invention, an integral small data transmission solution is provided to achieve effective transmission of small data.
