The present invention relates to the technical field of inorganic chemical synthesis, and relates to a process for modifying a titanium silicalite molecular sieve. The process is characterized by firstly pre-treating TS-1; then modifying the pre-treated TS-1 with a mixed solution containing a quaternary ammonium salt and an inorganic base, with the quaternary ammonium salt being tetrapropyl ammonium fluoride, tetrapropyl ammonium chloride, tetrapropyl ammonium bromide, tetrapropyl ammonium iodide, and a mixture thereof, and the inorganic base being lithium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and a mixture thereof; and finally post-treating the modified TS-1. The process for modifying a titanium silicalite molecular sieve of the present invention has general applicability, is suitable for TS-1 molecular sieves synthesized by various processes, especially TS-1 molecular sieves synthesized in an inexpensive system, while the process can also increase the catalytic performance of the TS-1 molecular sieve for propylene epoxidation in a gas phase and liquid phase. |
