摘要 The present invention relates to a system for diagnosing partial discharge of a power instrument by using a contactless phase measuring sensor. Such a diagnostic system includes: internal and external partial discharge detecting sensors that are attached to the inside and outside of the power instrument, detect partial discharge from the power instrument, and output corresponding partial discharge detecting signals, respectively; a contactless phase measuring sensor that is installed at the power instrument in a contactless manner and measures a frequency phase signal of a voltage applied to the power instrument; and a partial discharge signal processing device that determines the partial discharge of the power instrument and the cause thereof by using a partial discharge signal detected from each of the internal and external partial discharge detecting sensors and the frequency phase signal of the applied voltage of the power instrument measured at the contactless phase measuring sensor.
