The invention relates to a method for controlling a touch sensitive display device, whereby a touch input of a user is detected and/or processed. Thereby at least a first position (P1) and a second position (P2) of segments (S1, S2) are detected sequentially, whereby a geometrical transformation in a coordinate system (C) is determined, by which the first position (P1) of a first segment (S1) is imaged on the second position (P2) of a second segment (S2), and whereby the geometrical transformation is transmitted to a user interface.
