PURPOSE: A glass scribing apparatus is provided to form a plurality of scribing lines at once, and to reduce scribing process time by having a multi-scribing head. CONSTITUTION: A glass scribing apparatus comprise a stage(10), a sliding rail(20), and a pair of scribing heads(30). Glass(1) is mounted to the stage. The stage is rotatable and horizontally-movable. The sliding rail is arranged in the upper side of the stage. The scribing heads are separated from each other, and are coupled to the sliding rail. Each scribing head comprises a scratch generating part(350), a laser beam irradiating part(33), and a refrigerant spraying part(37). The scratch generating part generates scratches near an initial scribing part. The laser beam irradiating part heats the scribing parts of glass. The refrigerant spraying part cools the scribing part. |
