Disclosed are an active antenna system, a base station and a communication system, which can integrate an antenna and a radio remote unit as one piece, and at the same time is convenient for rapid assembly and connection without affecting the individual authentication of the antenna and the radio remote unit. The active antenna system provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes: an antenna, a radio remote unit (RRU) and an internal connection unit. The antenna and the interior of the radio remote unit is connected through the internal connection unit. The internal connection unit is used for realizing signal transmission between the antenna and the radio remote unit. There is a detachable connection between the antenna and the radio remote unit. The joint interface of the antenna and the radio remote unit is connected in a sealed way.
