<p>The headphone (6) has an infrared emitter (3) provided on a buccal axle (4) of the headphone or on an arch of head (5) or on the headphone. The emitter is coupled with a control unit (8) located in the headphone or on the buccal axle. An intra auricular sound collection device i.e. microphone, is coupled or not coupled with intra auricular listening ear phone. A sound amplifier (7) connects an output of an electronic translation device to a buccal loudspeaker (2) of the headphone.</p>
