Disclosed in the present invention, which falls into the technical field of communication, are a method, apparatus and system for establishing a Device-to-Device connection. The method comprises: a Device-to-Device (D2D) server acquiring the registration information of a first device which needs performing D2D communication; performing pre-matching, according to the registration information of the first device, to find a second device that matches with the first device; triggering an evolved NodeB (eNB) to establish a Device-to-Device communication connection between the first device and the second device. In the present invention, the establishment by the eNB of a direct Device-to-Device connection between two devices is triggered by the D2D server, which enables it to take the establishment and usage of the connection between two devices under the control of network. Thus the control, management, accounting, and etc. of D2D by operators is realized, and the control of interference from D2D to ordinary UE is ensured. |
