ANNULAR-GRINDING AUTOMATIC POLISHING APPARATUS

An apparatus for automatic polishing of the outer circumferential surface of a pipe, comprising a platform (3), and provided on the platform and arranged along a same straight line, a supporting apparatus (29), a conveying apparatus, and a grinding apparatus. The conveying apparatus comprises a clamping part and a sliding part. The clamping part moves in a straight line over the sliding part, where the direction of the movement runs along the axial direction of a pipe-to-be-polished. The supporting apparatus comprises a support base and a support element arranged on the support base. The grinding apparatus comprises a fixed base (30) and a driving unit. The fixed base has arranged thereon a polishing wheel. The polishing wheel comprises an inner wheel (31) and an outer wheel (33) that rotate synchronously. The inner wheel has arranged on the inner wall thereof two or more flexible grinding components (39). The flexible grinding components are arc-shaped. The outer wheel and the driving unit are connected. Provided is an annular-grinding automatic polishing apparatus that polishes evenly, obviates the rotation of a pipe-to-be-processed, is highly efficient, and has relaxed requirements on the straightness and roundness of the pipe. This solves the technical problem of uneven polishing, a need for rotating the pipe while polishing, excess consumption of time and effort, low production efficiency, and high requirements on the pipe and on the apparatus.
