<p>An image generation device is provided with: an image acquisition unit that acquires multiple still image data items acquired by imaging in a preset time interval; a composite image generation unit that generates a first composite image data item by compositing a first still image data item and second still image data item, said items existing among multiple still image data items, and generates a second composite image data item by compositing a third still image data item and fourth still image data item, said items existing among multiple still image data items; and a moving picture generation unit that uses the first composite image data item and second composite image data item to generate moving picture data wherein the playback interval of the composite image data is shorter than the preset time interval.</p> |
