JIG UNIT FOR FABRICATING A SAMPLE

PURPOSE: A jig unit for sample making is provided to precisely set up a gap between samples by fixing one sample in advance and by using an adjustment bolt to adjust the position of the other sample. CONSTITUTION: A jig unit for sample making includes a jig block(11), a fixing(21), a supporting unit, and a gap adjustment unit(40). The jig block forms a welding space(S) in the center of a lower block(15) and an upper block(13), and is equipped with a first inlet(H1) and a second inlet(H2) respectively on both sides across the welding space. The fixing bolt is connected to one side of the upper block, and fixes one sample which is input through the first inlet on the lower block. The supporting unit is formed inside the lower block to support the lower side of the other sample which is put into the second inlet. The gap adjustment unit is provided on the other side of the upper block, and controls another sample which is input into the second inlet and supported by the supporting unit is restricted. The gap adjustment unit simultaneously adjusts the gap between the other sample and another sample.
