<p>PURPOSE: A delivery system and a management method are provided to control the proper delivery process when the configuration of firmware programs are not recognized. CONSTITUTION: A preservation unit preserves the configuration information of the programs which the consecutive renewal processing is approved in an image forming device using a firmware group. A collection unit(805) collects the information of the programs from the image forming device. A determination unit compares the information of the programs with the configuration information of a previous existed firmware group. When the information does not correspond to the configuration information of the previous existed firmware group, a specification unit specifies the information of a specific program in the previous existed firmware group.
