REAL TIME RELAY SYSTEM USING WIRELESS MOBILE PHONE

摘要

PURPOSE: A terminal real time broadcasting system with an excellent video transmission rate is provided to reduce packet loss and delay of a video. CONSTITUTION: Mobile communication terminals(3-1-3-N) mount a camera. Reception terminals(9-1-9-N) mount a display device and generates broadcasting data containing more than one of image, voice and text. An application program(8-1-8-N) is installed in the mobile communication terminals and reception terminals. A broadcasting server(5) receives the video acquired by the camera from the mobile communication terminal, transmits the video transmitted from the reception terminals selecting browsing of the video, receives the broadcasting data from the reception terminals and transmits the broadcasting data to the mobile communication terminal. The application program displays the video in the display device of the reception terminal when receiving video from the broadcasting server.
