PURPOSE: A successive-approximation analog-digital conversion is provided to improve a conversion speed by being parallelly operated. CONSTITUTION: A CM(Current Mode) DAC(Digital-Analog Converter) circuit(120) provides DAC current. A transconductance circuit(230) induces input current based on an analog input signal. A comparator(250) generates a comparison signal in response to an error signal based on the DAC current and input current. A successive-approximation register circuit(270) receives the comparator signal and generates a DAC code signal or a digital output signal. The CM DAC circuit controls the DAC current suing the DAC code signal.
