CMP-N-ACETYLNEURAMINIC ACID HYDROXYLASE TARGETING VECTOR AND USE OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid hydroxylase targeting vector and a transformed cell line are provided to efficiently produce a cloned pig for xeno-transplantation by controlling expression of genes related to immune rejection. CONSTITUTION: A CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid hydroxylase targeting vector contains CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid hydroxylase 5' arm, PGKneopolyA, and CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid hydroxylase 3' arm. The CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid hydroxylase 5' arm has a base sequence of sequence number 1. The PGKneopolyA contains a base sequence of sequence number 2. The CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid hydroxylase 3' arm contains a base sequence of sequence number 3.
