The installation (102) has an air extraction system (106) that is associated with a single-family housing (100) for extracting air from the housing and for providing the air to outside of the housing. An air blowing pipe (124) is arranged with the air extraction system in the housing. The air blowing pipe is arranged downstream of a set of heat exchange units e.g. evaporator (112). A set of control units e.g. flap (128), is utilized for selectively directing exhaust air passing through the heat exchange units to the air blowing pipe and/or for directing air outwardly from the housing. An independent claim is also included for a method for application of a hot water generating station.
