The device has a tubular body (1) provided with a longitudinal slit (10), where an inner side of the tubular body is placed with a light source device (9) and reflective elements (12, 13). The reflective elements reflect and make converge light rays (R) towards the longitudinal slit such that the light is diffused toward an outer side in a form of a continuous luminous line through the slit. The reflective elements are envisaged on an interior surface (11) of the body, where the reflective elements distribute the light rays in a homogeneous manner in a length direction of the body.
