<p>PURPOSE: A heat resistant coated member, a manufacturing method thereof, and a treatment using the same is provided to have a heat resistance coated member with excellent heat resistant, corrosion resistance, and non-reactivity when sintering or heat treatment of a powder metallurgy metal, a cermet, or a ceramic is performed under vacuum, an inert atmosphere, or a reducing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a heat resistant coated member comprises the following steps: a intermediate coating layer having a lower layer comprised of W on a carbon material and an upper layer of a two layer structure comprised of Y_2O_3 is formed; a coated member is obtained by forming a coating layer of a complex oxide comprised of Y and Al, a coating layer of a complex oxide comprised of Y and Al mixed with Al oxide, or a complex coating layer of or Y oxide and Yb oxide as an upper coating layer on a top of the intermediate coating layer; and the coated member is treated by heating at a high temperature of 1200 to 2000 deg. C under an oxidizing, vacuum, or inert gas atmosphere.</p> |
