PURPOSE: A developing device and an image forming device thereof are provided to block the flow of a floating toner heading for an opening by using an air current heading for the inside of a developing container by inclining an air leakage route. CONSTITUTION: A toner carrier(31) supplies a toner to an image carrier. A developer carrier(30) forms a toner layer on the toner carrier. A restriction member restricts the quantity of developers carried on the developer carrier. An air leakage route(45) is inclined to a downstream side of a rotation direction of the toner carrier in regard to a straight lint passing through an air outlet(45a).
