Provided are a reflection plate, an antenna, a base station and a communication system. The reflection plate includes a bottom plate and a first side plate and a second side plate provided oppositely. At least one of the first side plate and the second side plate is provided thereon with a suspension plate for adjusting a radiation parameter of an antenna. In the embodiments of the present invention, providing a suspension plate on a side plate of a reflection plate can avoid the problem in the prior art that the available space for laying out the PCB is reduced on one side of the bottom plate of the reflection plate where a radiation unit is provided since the bottom plate of the reflection plate is provided with a vertical plate or a surrounding plate, so as to be able to lay out a PCB with a larger area on one side of the bottom plate of the reflection plate where the radiation unit is provided, thus reducing the complexity and costs of PCB layout.
