PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a styrene-butadiene triblock copolymer is provided to manufacture a styrene-butadiene triblock copolymer with improved ion conductivity and mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a styrene-butadiene triblock copolymer comprises a step of conducting a reaction of a styrene-butadiene triblock copolymer and a sulfonate compound to directly sulfonate a styrene unit contained in the styrene-butadiene triblock copolymer. The weight ratio of the styrene unit is 5-95 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the styrene-butadiene triblock copolymer. The molecular weight of the styrene-butadiene triblock copolymer is 10,000-2,500,000.
