The embodiments of the present invention provide a channel quality measuring method and device. The method comprises: receiving first signal feature information and second signal feature information sent by a network side, the first signal feature information indicating a first signal and the second signal feature information indicating a second signal; sequentially receiving a downlink signal sent by each node in multiple nodes, obtaining a downlink channel response of each node according to the first signal in the downlink signal sent by each node, and obtaining downlink interference of each node according to the second signal in the downlink signal sent by each node; according to the downlink channel response and the downlink interference of each node, obtaining downlink channel quality information of each node; and reporting the downlink channel quality information of each node to the network side. The embodiments of the present invention greatly reduce the overhead of the nodes for sending signaling.
