FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: sawing disc 1 comprises a bearing disc with an outer diameter D with grooves along its periphery for placement of knives with a cutting edge. The sawing disc is made with a cutting crown 6. Teeth on the crown are arranged in groups, placed in sectors with an angle ?, and grooves between groups of teeth on the crown are arranged in sectors with the angle ?, besides, ?>?. On the crown at the edges of the grooves there are cutting harpoon-shaped knives 2, fused with a wear-resistant alloy with a cutting edge towards the groove. On the bottom of the grooves there are straight-teeth sawing knives 3 with a slant to one side of the disc, extreme of which have smaller height. At the sides of the groove there are arc-shaped flat knives with a slant to the other side of the disc.EFFECT: proposed design of a sawing disc makes it possible to increase stability, reliability and efficiency of its operation and to expand functional capabilities of a multi-purpose brush breaker.2 cl, 4 dwg |
