PURPOSE: A liquid curable composition is provided to have excellent supporting force, strength, and adhesion; and to maintain insulating and heating performance without separation or scattering. CONSTITUTION: A liquid curable composition comprises 0.1-3 weight% of a sterilizer, 4-30 weight% of a microcement, 2-20 weight% of a volume expanding agent, 2-15 weight% of a calcium hydroxide, 0.1-7 weight% of a polyacrylic acid ester, 0.05-5 weight% of a binder, 0.1-3 weight% of talc, 0.1-7 weight% of a compressor, 0.3-12 weight% of a coating former, 0.2-10 weight% of magnesium oxide, 0.1-40 weight% of a crack preventer, 0.08-5 weight% of polyacrylamide, 0.05-3 weight% of a colloid former, 0.08-4 weight% of a plasticizer, and 0.5-88 weight% of functional additives.
