FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casting, particularly, to electrophoresis suspensions used for dead mould casting of ceramic moulds. Proposed suspension comprises the following components in wt %: 0.4-1%-water solution of sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose - 26-31, refractory filler with heat conducting additive, a scale, making the rest. Note here that said refractory filler represents a mix of quartz sand, scale and marshallite at the following ratio of ingredients, wt %: quartz sand - 70, scale - 10-15, marshallite making the rest.EFFECT: higher heat conductivity of moulds and quality of castings.2 cl |
