<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a conventional drawing apparatus, wherein the improvement of a drawing quality level is difficult. <P>SOLUTION: A drawing method includes: a drawing step of performing liquid drawing on a permission area 73 set on a drawing sheet W, by ejecting liquid from an ejection head 33 on the permission area 73, while moving the ejection head 33 in the X direction intersecting with a conveyance path of a workpiece; an inspection pattern formation step of forming an inspection pattern on a blank area 75 with the liquid, by ejecting the liquid from the ejection head 33 on the blank area 75 of the drawing sheet W; an imaging step of taking an image of the inspection pattern of the blank area 75 by an imaging device 12 arranged at a position overlapped with a portion of the drawing sheet W containing the blank area 75 in a downstream side of the conveyance path rather than the ejection head 33; and a determination step of determining the pass or fail of the performance related to the liquid ejection at the ejection head 33, based on results obtained by taking the image of the inspection pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
