<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous granular solidification system of a material to be treated in which granular solidification of the material to be treated with high quality and high efficiency can be carried out to obtain a recycled material (one whose strength can be chosen and one which cannot be changed to sludge again and so forth). <P>SOLUTION: The continuous granular solidification system of the material to be treated is provided with a stirring conveyer 1 for continuously stirring and conveying the material to be treated, a supply means 2 for supplying the material to be treated to the stirring conveyer 1, a sludge breaker 3 which is provided at an upstream side of the supply means 2 and breaks the sludge of the material to be treated, a flocculant charging means 4 for charging a flocculant to the stirring conveyer 1 and a solidifying material charging means 5 for charging a solidifying material to the stirring conveyer 1.
