<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control device that appropriately detects a current reversible capacity value of a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The battery control device provided calculates an AC resistance value and an imaginary value of the AC resistance value under the application of an AC voltage to a secondary battery, calculates a reversible capacity value based on the AC resistance value and a reversible capacity value based on the imaginary value on the basis of the AC resistance value and the imaginary value of the AC resistance value, and calculates a current reversible capacity value of the secondary battery on the basis of the reversible capacity value based on the AC resistance value and the reversible capacity value based on the imaginary value both thus calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
