PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more convenient video viewing system.

SOLUTION: A system comprises: a broadcast receiver comprising a receiving unit for receiving a broadcast signal transmitted via a broadcast wave; and a radio terminal comprising a communication interface for transmitting and receiving information via the broadcast receiver and a wireless LAN router or directly. The radio terminal obtains program related information on a program broadcast currently or in the future via the broadcast wave from a distribution source different from the broadcast receiver. The broadcast receiver transmits information on the processing state or processing schedule of the broadcast receiver for the program broadcast currently or in the future via the broadcast wave to the radio terminal via the communication interface. The radio terminal generates a program guide with the use of both the program related information obtained from the distribution source different from the broadcast receiver and the information on the processing state or processing schedule of the broadcast receiver obtained from the broadcast receiver via the communication interface.
