<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of monitoring a charging state and reducing a low audio frequency component according to a decrease in the charging state. <P>SOLUTION: A device 1 which controls reproduction of an audio signal is operated by an energy storage device 2, and changes from a normal mode to an energy saving mode. Consequently, consumption of electric power from the energy storage device 2 for the reproduction of the audio signal is smaller in the energy saving mode than in the normal mode. In the energy saving mode, a low audio frequency component of a frequency spectrum of the audio signal is reduced, and an audio signal having the low audio frequency component reduced is output. The charging state of the energy storage device 2 is confirmed. The reduction of the low audio frequency component is controlled according to the decrease in the charging state of the energy storage device 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
