PURPOSE: A vascular anastomosis structure using a material or a structure having self-expansivity and a vascular anastomosis method using the same are provided to facilitate anastomosis by using a removable material after operation. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical structure forms a diameter to be 0.5 to 5 mm. The structure forms length to be 10 to 60 mm. The structure includes a material. The material has self-expansivity. The structure is located in between both ends(2,2') of a blood vessel.
