<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of suppressing a change in pressure even in the case where the inner pressure on the drive part side changes or in the case where the pressure on the valve chamber side changes, capable of suppressing the influence on the operation characteristics of the valve caused by the change in pressure, and capable of effectively preventing the valve function from being impeded when moisture sticks to a plunger, which is the drive mechanism of the valve body, and freezes. <P>SOLUTION: To a valve body 52, a separation film member configured to air-tightly separate a valve chamber 20 and a drive part 22 is attached. A separation film part 54 of the separation film member comes into contact with a fixing member 60 having a flat surface.
