<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit for determining a treatment policy after blast crisis of a smoldering or chronic adult T-cell leukemia (ATL) patient. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: the method for determining a treatment policy after blast crisis of adult T-cell leukemia (ATL) in a smoldering or chronic ATL patient, including measuring CD30 in a sample taken in the patient, and interleukin-2 receptor and/or lactate dehydrogenase activity; and the kit for determining a treatment policy after blast crisis of a smoldering or chronic ATL patient, containing a CD30 measuring reagent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
