<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain gear holding bag free from the need of carrying in the hand a holding bag to put a rain gear, preventing loss of a holding bag to put a rain gear, preventing scattering water of a rain gear wet with water in a room or a vehicle such as public means of transportation, and achieving carrying a rain gear wet with water in a place crowded with people, in view of the fact that a conventional rain gear holding bag is used by setting a rain gear holding container on a belt and fixing to the neck of a rain gear by a belt, and is targeted for handicapped persons. <P>SOLUTION: This rain gear holding portable bag is such that a hook-and-loop fastener set each on the back of a rain gear and the front of a rain gear, and a hook-and-loop fastener set each on the rain gear holding portable bag and a rain gear holding bag are joined so as to connect and detach, and a crease is set on the rain gear holding portable bag.
