<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy and accurate operation by adjusting positional relations in the axial direction of a storage part continuously, and holding at the position while securing storage ability of a cosmetic member in a cosmetic member container body. <P>SOLUTION: A brush body 14 is held at the tip end of the holding part 11 formed in a fixed shaft 10 fixed in a cap 7, and at the tip end of an advancing/retracting shaft 13 for advancing/retracting in a through-hole 10b of the fixed shaft 10 with an advancing/retracting mechanism 12. Thus, the advancing/retracting shaft 13 is projected or stored with the fixed shaft 10 so that the positional relations of the brush body 14 in the axial direction of the fixed shaft 10 is continuously adjusted, and the brush body can be held at the position.
