<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which can avoid a periphery circuit exposed on a vision, and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel includes a substrate, a transparent conductive layer, a conductive decoration pad, a decoration layer, and an opaque conductive layer. The transparent conductive layer is disposed on the substrate. The conductive decoration pad is disposed on the transparent conductive layer. The decoration layer is disposed on the transparent conductive layer and the conductive decoration pad, and has an opening located on the conductive decoration pad.
