PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device of a vessel propelling machine of which the steering feeling is excellent.

SOLUTION: A steering device 6 includes: a steering lever 12 manipulated by a vessel handler; a first cylinder 15 having a first piston rod 29 connected with the steering lever 12; and a second cylinder 16 having a second piston rod 35 moved relatively associated with the movement of the first piston rod 29 and a second cylinder tube 31. An outboard machine 5 is steered associated with the relative movement of the second piston rod 35 and the second cylinder tube 31.
