FILTER UNIT AND EXCHANGE DEVICE FOR THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain shortening of an introduction period and reduction of introduction costs of a device which allows safe treatment of a used filter having processed radioactive gaseous waste with strong radioactivity.

SOLUTION: A filter unit exchange device which has an introduction conduit and a discharge conduit of radioactive gaseous waste is applied to solve the problem above. The filter unit exchange device is characterized by: its casing formed by a shield which shields radiation; the labyrinth structure formed by bended flow-in and flow-out openings of a flow channel for the radioactive gaseous waste; and the flow-in and flow-out openings which face approximately to the same direction in a filter unit used to be applied to a system for processing the radioactive gaseous waste.
