PURPOSE: An orbit measuring device and a measuring method using the same are provided to efficiently measure a hub of a bearing assembly and an orbit of an inner wheel by using a shape of a rolling member contacting to the orbit of the inner wheel and the hub. CONSTITUTION: An orbit measuring device comprises a supporting member(100), a measuring member(200), a lifting member(300), and a measuring sensor(400). The supporting member fixes a hub or an inner wheel. The measuring member measures an orbit of the hub or the inner wheel. The lifting member lifts the measuring member upwardly. The measuring sensor measures the orbit of the hub or the inner wheel when the measuring member contacts to the orbit of the hub or the inner wheel placed on the supporting member.
