PURPOSE: A workout device having a sole massage function is provided to be safely used at a standing posture and to allow an upper body exercise while massaging a sole at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A workout device having a sole massage function comprises a support(1) that is formed horizontally parallel in order to support a body; a massage rod(2) having a long cylindrical shape so as the massage rod is rolled to massage a sole while the body is in a state of depending on the support; and a suppot part(3) which fixes a lower part of the parallel support and forms a horizontal bottom surface on an upper surface of the support part so that the massage rod is capable of rolling back and forth. In the support part, a massage rod accommodation part is formed to allow the massage rod to move a predetermined distance back and forth.
