PURPOSE: An opening and closing valve for coupling a hose for preventing loss of fluid is provided to smoothly induce a fluid by forming an inlet hole by forming a curved connection unit which connects each protrusion unit in a curved shape. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing valve for coupling a hose for preventing loss of fluid comprises a hollow unit(12b), a pin bracket(12), an opening and closing pin(13), and a pin nut(14). The pin bracket includes a mounting unit(12c) formed in the rear of the hollow unit. The opening and closing pin is arranged in the hollow unit and opens and closes the flow of the fluid. The pin nut is inserted to the mounting unit by being connected to the opening and closing pin. The pin nut is formed in a sphere shape.
